United Applies to trade on the OTC Pink Sheets in the U.S.

     Spartan Securities Group Ltd., St. Petersburg, Florida acting in their
 capacity as Market Makers in the United States has filed form 211 with NASD
 on behalf of UPSG. If approved, this will permit trading in UPSG stock on
 the U.S. OTC Pinksheet trading venue. This also provides visibility for
