ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- UnitedTech Lender Services, Inc., holding company to UTLS Default Services and UTLS Technology Services which provide end-to-end products and services to lenders and servicers across the United States, announced the appointment of company officers: Timothy M. Walsh, President, Kevin Raney, EVP, Chief Operating Officer, Baron Wilhelm, EVP, Administration and Outsourcing, Laura A. Marsh, VP, Marketing, Stephen Weaver, General Counsel and Patrick Kopins, President of subsidiary, UTLS Technology Services.

As a proven and established leader, Mr. Walsh will serve as President of UnitedTech Lender Services and brings his business development and organizational growth expertise. Walsh has established and grown some of the industry's most successful operating entities serving clients in mortgage origination, collections, loss mitigation and foreclosure trust services. Mr. Walsh joins UnitedTech Lender Services from a nationally recognized default management company where he was President and CEO, building the organization from inception to dramatic growth. Mr. Walsh attended Waldorf College and Texas Lutheran University and received accreditation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Mr. Raney has been appointed EVP, Chief Operating Officer. Over the past twenty-five years, Raney has worked with some of the world's leading corporate and personal financial service organizations, developing and leading major operations located in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia and most currently New Mexico. Mr. Raney's previous experience in leading integration efforts for multiple acquisitions at PHH Corporation and GMAC Mortgage has lead to high performing organizations through the integration of various real estate service operating companies. Mr. Raney holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and then studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Chicago.

Mr. Wilhelm, with over 30 years consumer lending and mortgage banking experience in originations, business development, secondary, operations, servicing, collections and outsourcing, is appointed EVP, Administration and Outsourcing. Wilhelm has a proven record of building and managing high quality and profitable businesses, delivering exceptional service to consumers and clients. Prior to joining UnitedTech Lender Services, Mr. Wilhelm served as an executive at AMO Services and as President of Adventity, a full service KPO/BPO firm. Mr. Wilhelm received a BS in Accounting from Roosevelt University.

Ms. Marsh, a respected twenty year marketing veteran in the real estate and financial services sector brings her talents as an innovative marketing business partner and strategist to UnitedTech Lender Services as VP, Marketing and will be responsible for all strategic marketing initiatives across business channels. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Marsh served as CMO at Creative Minds, a privately held marketing and branding company and as VP of Marketing at LandAmerica Financial Group. Ms. Marsh attended the University of California Los Angeles and is pursuing further education in E-Business.

Mr. Weaver, with thirty years experience, will be General Counsel to UnitedTech Lender Services. Mr. Weaver has represented large public-held companies and has previously served as General Counsel. His representation for transactional matters is vast and includes; joint ventures, acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, all aspects of real estate finance, development, title and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and the like. Mr. Weaver brings an invaluable business perspective to his practice and earned his BA with Distinction in All Subjects from Cornell University and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Kopins will serve as President of the subsidiary company UTLS Technology Services. He brings twenty years of combined experience from high paced technology and enterprise software business sectors. Prior to his appointment as president of UTLS Technology Services, Mr. Kopins served as Chief Operating Officer of the Lender Services Technology Division of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: LFG), providing a portfolio of services targeted to mortgage loan origination and default servicers. Prior to that, Mr. Kopins was President of the Datastore, Inc., (an operating company of UIL Holdings), and Executive Vice President of NWN Corporation, a technology solutions company serving Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure with NWN Corporation, Mr. Kopins led the acquisition and restructuring of a large scale systems integration company in Houston Texas providing unified communications and enterprise computing solutions.
