 (NYSE:   LCC) will conduct a live audio webcast of its second quarter 2007
 financial results conference call with the financial community on Thursday,
 July 26, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. EDT (10:00 a.m. PDT).

     The webcast will be available to the public on a listen-only basis at
 the company's Web site, http://www.usairways.com. An archive of the webcast
 will be available on the site through Aug. 28. Listeners to the webcast
