The new lease is effective immediately and will supply US Farms, Inc. with ample Aloe Vera mother plants and Aloe Vera pups for expanding its current ornamental Nursery business while at the same time expanding its ability to supply itself with organic bulk Aloe for its Aloe365(TM) consumer based products.

Many local San Diego residents will recall the devastating fires that hit our San Diego County only a few years back.
