Multiple service entities that are part of UTC Fire & Security, including Detection Logic, Fire Systems Inc. (FSI), Florida State Fire and Security (FSFS) and Red Hawk, are now known as Chubb, a UTC Fire & Security Company. UTC Fire & Security is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
