Vanguard Community Management Community Managers Receive CMCA Designation From National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers
Community Associations in Illinois Benefit from Credentialed Managers' Education and Experience
SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Vanguard Community Management (VCM), an Associa Company, proudly announces Michael Donnell, Holly Repeta and Kristin Ward recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies managers have passed NBC-CAM's national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Mr. Donnell has been a Community Manager for almost five years and has been with Vanguard Community Management since January. Michael manages a portfolio of condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes in the Western Suburban area.
Ms. Repeta joined Vanguard Community Management approximately one year ago. Holly has an extensive background as a real estate broker and worked with a general contractor building homes and handling management contract work. Holly's portfolio includes overseeing maintenance divisions and on-site office administrators within her associations.
Ms. Ward has worked in property management for over four years and has been with Vanguard Community Management for one year. Kristin's portfolio in the West and Southwest Suburbs includes condominiums, townhomes and homeowner associations ranging in size from 39 units up to 312 units.
