Vari-Form Appoints Nicholls as Strathroy, Ontario Plant Manager

    CHESTERFIELD, Mich., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Vari-Form, the leader in
 hydroforming technologies, announced it has appointed Randy Nicholls as Plant
 Manager for the company's Strathroy, Ontario manufacturing plant.  Nicholls
 replaces Jack Stark, who retired in February after 16 years of service with
 Vari-Form.
     Nicholls has been employed with TI Automotive, Vari-Form's parent company,
 since 1998.  Most recently plant manager of TI's Bramalea, Ontario
 manufacturing facility, Nicholls holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, and
 has taught Industrial Management at the university level.  Prior to TI
 Automotive, Nicholls has spent 15 years in several senior automotive industry
 positions.
