Varian Medical Systems Schedules Annual Stockholder Meeting in Palo Alto
PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) announced today that its Board of Directors has set the regular 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for February 11, 2010 with a record date of December 16, 2009. The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel, 4290 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, California at 4:30 p.m. PT.
The meeting will be webcast by Thomson Financial and can be accessed at Varian Medical Systems' website at http://www.varian.com/investor.
