    AGOURA HILLS, Calif., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- VenServ, Inc. announced the
 addition of Shawn McGill to VenServ's management team.  McGill's experience
 and market savvy make him the ideal person to take VenServ's message to the
 market.
     McGill will serve as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  In the
 role, McGill will manage the business development efforts for VenServ in all
 markets.

     McGill has held positions at several large providers of financial
 services, and has an established record of success. He was most recently a
 Vice President at Copelco Capital.  He and his family will be relocating to

 completion center in Tempe, Ariz.
