 develop the capability for law enforcement to legally intercept calls on its
 Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)-based digital phone services. Vonage is
 not presently subject to the requirements of the Communications Assistance for
 Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), but is voluntarily complying with its provisions
 through this relationship.
     VeriSign NetDiscovery Services were selected by Vonage to support their
 network infrastructure used in VoIP deployments, and to assist Vonage in
 meeting CALEA compliance through a managed service model, significantly
 minimizing the capital and operational expenditure. By leveraging VeriSign's
 proven managed service model, once implemented, Vonage can continue to focus
 on growing their core business without diverting critical resources to
