Verizon Business Security Solutions Team Provides Assessment Support to Meet New Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS)

PARIS, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Jware Technologies, a leading provider of secure electronic payment transaction software, has chosen Verizon Business to support the company's certification to a new payment card industry standard. The Verizon Business Security Solutions team is assessing Jware's payment applications to help ensure they fully meet the requirements for the new Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) certification, which is designed to complement and reinforce the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification for merchants and service providers involved in financial data transactions.
