The partnership is formed to reduce the time and cost typically associated with recruiting veterans, and to reduce a veteran's time to hire. Through this partnership, VRS will deliver virtual career fairs a few weeks ahead of the Be a Hero-Hire a Hero in person recruiting events scheduled around the country.
