Video Feed: Public Invited to 'Electric' Weekend in Long Beach Hosted by Electric Drive Transportation Association

    NEW YORK, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- EVS-20 Public Days is inviting the
 public to test drive more than 60 clean, cutting-edge electric drive products
 at the Public Days for EVS-20: Powering Sustainable Transportation hosted by
 the Electric Drive Transportation Association.  Held at the Long Beach
 Convention & Entertainment Center on Saturday, November 15 and Sunday,
 November 16, attendees will get the chance to win a year's free use of a Honda
 Civic Hybrid from Honda.  They can also participate in the largest public
 "Ride 'n' Drive" ever assembled of fuel cell, hybrid electric and battery
 electric vehicles, plus electric bikes and scooters.  Vehicles available for
 test drives are being provided by Honda, Toyota, General Motors, Ford,
 DaimlerChrysler, Nissan, Hyundai and many others.
     More than 100 exhibits from companies around the world will be showcased.
 Static displays in the "Ride 'n' Drive" area will feature vehicles from local
 colleges/universities, local utilities and businesses as well as along with a
 1930 antique EV.  Hydrogen refueling demonstrations will also take place.
     Saturday, November 15, the opening ceremony will feature actor and
 electric drive advocate Ed Begley, Jr., plus Long Beach Vice Mayor Frank
 Colonna and other officials. EVS-20 organizers presented the City of Long
 Beach with two zero-emission neighborhood electric vehicles.  For more
