NEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtual Health, the pioneering provider of next generation health care technology for value-based care, today announced the appointment of three new executives to support the company's rapid marketplace expansion. New hires include Tomer Benami as vice president of finance and Dana Levin-Robinson as vice president of marketing. Marcus Caraballo was promoted internally to senior manager of accounts. These additions to Virtual Health's leadership team come on the heels of the recent appointment of seasoned cyber security expert Dan Bart as executive vice president of information security and implementation, marking significant momentum as the company expands its footprint nationally and supports a growing client base across health plans, managed care organizations, government agencies and other health payers and providers.
"We are thrilled to welcome Tomer, Dana and Marcus to their new roles and are confident their unique perspectives and expertise in their respective fields will position Virtual Health to achieve key objectives in terms of commercial growth, marketing and client service," said Adam Sabloff, founder and CEO of Virtual Health. "We have a talented and dynamic team in place to support the company's expansion and the evolving needs of our client base as the industry navigates the value-based landscape."
Benami will manage Virtual Health's financial infrastructure, oversee investor relations and optimize business operations. A certified public accountant, he began his career by rising through the ranks at KPMG. He later joined Apploi, an employment and recruitment venture founded in the United Kingdom, most recently serving as vice president of finance and operations. During his tenure at Apploi, Benami built the company's financial infrastructure from the ground up, assisted in moving the company's headquarters to the U.S. and helped raise $10 million through venture financing. Benami earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Washington.
Levin-Robinson previously served as senior marketing manager at AccentHealth, the country's largest waiting room media network. In this role, she oversaw marketing programs, sales strategy and product launches. She brings to her new role at Virtual Health strategic and operational marketing experience and will direct key branding and communications initiatives. She earned a bachelor's degree from Boston University and an MBA from New York University.
Caraballo has supported Virtual Health's robust client base for more than a year as an account executive. With a strategic understanding of the Virtual Health platform, Marcus works closely with clients to identify ways in which capabilities can be leveraged by end users to effect higher quality care with greater efficiency.
