ViSalus Appoints Senior Executive to Lead Global Supply Chain Greg Schwartz joins ViSalus as Senior Vice President
LOS ANGELES, May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its ongoing commitment to fight the global obesity epidemic, ViSalus, the company known for the Body by Vi™ 90-Day Challenge, today announced the appointment of Greg Schwartz as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Mr. Schwartz will be responsible for providing strategic direction, planning and leadership for supply chain management and operations for ViSalus worldwide. He will report directly to Paul Noack, President of ViSalus.

Mr. Schwartz has over 20 years of supply chain knowledge and international experience. He spent over 5 years at Jamba Juice, where he completed his tenure as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Prior to Jamba Juice, Schwartz served as Vice President of Global Procurement for Wal-Mart, Vice President of Strategic Global Sourcing & Business Development for Safeway, Inc., and various strategic sourcing positions at Kraft Foods. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics and his master's degree in marketing from the University of Illinois.
