TUSTIN, Calif., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Vita-Tech International, Inc. has donated 3 1/2 tons of fresh-dated multi-vitamin tablets to under-served populations in Guinea, West Africa.  "Nutritional empowerment is one of the most effective ways to give people hope for a better future," said company president Thomas T. The Lyceum Group, a non-governmental organization in West Africa, assisted by the University of California – Irvine's Africa Initiative, will distribute the products.  The Lyceum Group is building a clinic and home for young people with polio, as well as implementing programs for sanitation, clean potable water, HIV/AIDS mitigation, malaria prevention and programs for women and children.
