Pavlov Media, headquartered in Champaign, IL provides both wholesale and retail managed data, video and voice services to student, military and luxury multifamily housing communities.
The merger creates a powerful and unique company that will service 100,000 users in 35 states with a full range of wireless and wired turn-key solutions.
