ATLANTA, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Network Communications, Inc. (NCI), one of

exclusive real estate information supplier to Citysearch.
"We are committed to creating an extensive and successful real estate
presence on the Internet," said Steven Trepp, president of Citysearch. "We
looked at all our options, and it was clear that the most logical choice was
to go with the company that is already a leader in real estate advertising."
"NCI is already the leader in our industry. We are not taking this
commitment lightly. We are doing what is necessary to become the real estate
leader on the Internet," said Jay McDonald, President and CEO, NCI.

and real estate professionals with a complete real estate resource including:
     Comprehensive Content
www.LivingChoices.com will provide in-depth real estate industry content,
including homes for sale, luxury properties, apartments, corporate housing,
senior communities and relocation information to Citysearch's more than
80 domestic city guides throughout the United States.
     Consumer Traffic
This agreement will allow NCI to leverage the considerable traffic
generated by Citysearch. According to Media Metrix, Citysearch provides more
than three million unique users per month information to help them make the
 most of their city.
     Links to Complementary Sites
LivingChoices.com has a comprehensive Internet presence, geographically
and breadth of content, and is a direct link to NCI's complementary "offline"
