the world's largest providers of real estate advertising and publishing, has
entered into an agreement with the Citysearch business of Ticketmaster
(Nasdaq: TMCS) to build the real estate advertising industry's most
comprehensive Web presence. NCI publishes more than 500 real estate related
magazines circulated in 80 countries. In addition, NCI's LivingChoices real
estate Web sites receive approximately 1.5 million user sessions monthly.
Citysearch, which operates local city guides where three of its top ten
searches are real estate related, will use its Web systems and Web development
resources to expand and build new sites to provide NCI real estate content to
users. The initial phase of this contract is for three years making NCI the
exclusive real estate information supplier to Citysearch.

This agreement establishes the foundation that will provide both consumers

www.LivingChoices.com will provide in-depth real estate industry content,
including homes for sale, luxury properties, apartments, corporate housing,
senior communities and relocation information to Citysearch's more than
80 domestic city guides throughout the United States.
This agreement will allow NCI to leverage the considerable traffic
generated by Citysearch. According to Media Metrix, Citysearch provides more
than three million unique users per month information to help them make the
most of their city.

and breadth of content, and is a direct link to NCI's complementary "offline"
family of publications in more than 500 markets.
NCI and TMCS will aggressively explore other shared interests including

the coordination of efforts to ensure a viable and successful venture.
