     Westfield's new parking amenities include:
     * Reserved Parking -- Beginning this month, Westfield Valley Fair in
Santa Clara, California, combines modern technology with premium
customer service by offering "Reserved Parking," an on-demand service
that allows customers to begin their shopping experience immediately by
driving directly to their reserved parking space. Shoppers can avoid
the hassle of searching for a space by calling the reserved parking
line an hour before arriving at the shopping center to make a parking
        space reservation.
Reserved parking spaces are then available throughout the day and can
be purchased for a nominal fee, which will be paid when making the
reservation with a credit or debit card. Upon arriving to the
designated parking spot -- located in the "reserve-able" parking
area -- shoppers also can be met by an attendant to assist with
special needs or requests such as delivery of a Kiddie Kruzzer or
wheelchair. The Reserved Parking areas are also easily accessible to
the shopper for return trips to drop-off/secure packages in their
     * Preferred Parking -- In the Los Angeles area, Westfield Topanga's
recent renovation and expansion allowed the center to debut its
"Preferred Parking" program, which offers preferential parking for a
nominal fee. Customers can easily use Preferred Parking by entering
the gated parking lot to find a convenient parking space. After
finding a Preferred Parking space, shoppers pay the parking fee at the
"Pay on Foot" machine, which accepts both cash and credit cards.
In addition to Preferred Parking, Westfield Topanga offers customers a
new Valet Lounge, three valet parking locations and three new parking
structures with more than 6,000 parking spaces.
     * Shuttle Service -- To make the shopping experience more comfortable,
Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia, California and Westfield Mission
Valley in San Diego, California recently debuted a complimentary
Shuttle service, which picks-up and drops-off customers to and from the
parking lot, to major entrances and department stores. The
ten-passenger carts are driven by Westfield Concierges and available
for shoppers on busy shopping days.
     * Valet Mate -- Earlier this year, Westfield Century City and Westfield
Santa Anita in Los Angeles, California began piloting "Valet Mate," an
on-demand valet service that brings convenience to a whole new level.
When a shopper arrives at the Westfield Century City valet station,
they receive a Valet Mate pager from the Westfield attendant. Five
minutes before leaving, the shopper presses the Valet Mate buttons down
for three seconds and their car is retrieved and waiting for them at
the valet for departure from the center. This program will be ready
for full implementation in 2007 at these centers as well as other
        Westfield locations.
Another parking service available nationwide at Westfield shopping
centers is the celebrated "Expectant Mother Parking." These special parking
spots are marked with blue and pink signs and provide expectant mothers
with up-front, convenient parking located at the major entrances to
 Westfield centers.
In addition to parking amenities, Westfield offers an array of
signature services and amenities such as Shopping Concierge Centers,
complimentary Gift Boxes and package carryout. Shoppers will also find
distinctive family services such as Westfield Playtowns, Westfield Kiddie
Kruzzers and Westfield Family Lounges, a unique place for families with
 infants and toddlers in tow.
