WORLDSPACE(R) Satellite Radio Announces Timing for Fourth Quarter Results and Conference Call

Satellite Radio ( WRSP) announced today that it expects to release
its results for the fourth quarter of 2006 ended December 31, 2006 after
the close of the market on Tuesday, March 27, 2007. The Company plans to
host a conference call and webcast to discuss those results that day at
4:30 p.m., Eastern Time. Noah A. Samara, chairman and chief executive
officer, and Sridhar Ganesan, chief financial officer, will host the
