Distribution Deal Includes Limited Time Promotions for Zaldiva Customers

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaldiva, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ZLDV), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8), and a leader in Pop Culture collectibles, comic books, memorabilia and online auctions headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida today announced they have signed a distribution agreement with Heske Horror, an indie comic creator, to sell its award-winning horror anthology BONE CHILLER. This deal continues Zaldiva's philosophy of forming relationships with emerging indie comic creators to provide fresh content to its customers, and build its brand as the leading indie comic store with an eye for recognizing quality titles before they go mainstream.

Heske, the principal behind Heske Horror, has several comic titles produced and two screenplays slated for film development. One title in BONE CHILLER, "The Waiting Room," has already been adapted as a short film ("Waiting") which stars Richard Schiff and Izabella Miko. The 2007 short film won an award for Best Cinematography at the Beverly Hills Short Film Festival.

Under the arrangement, Zaldiva customers will have exclusive access to special collector promotions for a limited time, including:

• A free signed copy of THE NIGHT PROJECTIONIST (issue one), written by Heske and published by Studio 407, included with the first 30 orders; and
  

• All copies of BONE CHILLER will be autographed by Heske, with a complimentary "Cold Blooded Chillers" book mark.
  

BONE CHILLER is a "best of" anthology of Heske Horror's critically acclaimed COLD BLOODED CHILLERS: Tales of Suburban Murder and Malice. Winner of a Bronze medal for "Outstanding Horror" at the 2009 Independent Publisher Book Awards, this 140-page trade paperback features 8 great scares and 2 chilling extras. The Foreword to the book is written by Rod Lott, creator of the literary review site Bookgasm.com, managing editor of Hitch Magazine: The Journal of Pop Culture Absurdity, and contributing writer to the GRAPHICS CLASSICS comic series. Graphic tales were illustrated by outstanding international indie comic artists such as Zeu (Charlatan, Project Elohim), Reno Maniquis (Maskarado, Wall of Angels), and Adam Swiecki (The Reborn Legends).
