HENDERSON, Nev., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Zappos.com, Inc., a pioneer and leader in the online retail shoe industry, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of 6pm.com from Denver, Colorado-based eBags, Inc., the world's largest retailer of luggage and bags online. The deal is expected to close within three months and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 6pm.com, formerly Shoedini.com, is an online footwear and accessory source that delivers a fun and interactive shopping experience.
