Mines Advisory Group (MAG) America is releasing a new documentary on the landmine crisis in Angola, Surviving the Peace: Angola. This film uses personnel narratives of a landmine victim and a soldier turned MAG deminer to illustrate the effects of landmines on this country and MAG's work to save this country's future. This film was produced in collaboration with award-winning film studio, MediaStorm.

U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam David Shear travels to a scrapyard with Mines Advisory Group staff to view discarded metal from unexploded bombs.  That day the Ambassador conducted the first demolition of unexploded ordnance (UXO) collected by MAG in Quang Nam.
