A Feast of the Senses is being held to demonstrate the versatility and profitability of Eastern Canada's sustainable lobster and mussels by creating delectable, healthy recipes for the food and travel media, chefs and other culinary leaders.

The event is part of Atlantic Canada's participation in the International Boston Seafood Show, where culinary experts will also be available at the Atlantic Canada Pavilion, International Boston Seafood Show March 20-21 (www.bostonseafood.com)

A delegation of more than 25 businesses and organizations from Atlantic Canada's seafood, aquaculture and fisheries industry will attend North America's largest seafood exhibition.
