    BOCA RATON, Fla., and LINCOLN PARK, N.J., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Access
 Worldwide Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:   AWWC), a leading marketing services
 organization, today announced that the Company and its Phoenix Marketing Group
 have been recognized with the Business Expansion Award by the Morris Area
 Development Group, a division of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce located
 in New Jersey.
     Access Worldwide has maintained offices in New Jersey for more than a
 decade and currently has 350 employees statewide. In 2000, the Company opened
 a new, 112,500 square foot pharmaceutical sample fulfillment center in
 Montville, NJ and was awarded a one-year, $200,000 grant from the State of New
 Jersey for the training and career development of employees.
     Additionally, Access Worldwide has entered into a relationship with
 Employment Horizons to employ physically or emotionally challenged people at
 the Company's offices. Employment Horizons is a not-for-profit agency located
 in New Jersey whose mission is to assist challenged individuals find
 employment and achieve self-sufficiency.
     The Business Expansion Award is one of several honors that will be
 included in the Ninth Annual Partnership in Economic Development Awards
 Luncheon, scheduled for May 11, 2001, in Parsippany, New Jersey.
