INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Wouldn't it be great to design a skin for your ACCU-CHEK Aviva blood glucose meter and have it end up being a future ACCU-CHEK skin offering? Chances are, you have already visited www.rockmymeter.com and tried your hand at a few skin designs. Today, Roche announced the launch of the Born in the USA Meter Skin Design Challenge, a response to high traffic to the site, along with friendly competitive spirit.
"We are excited to announce this fun skin design challenge and encourage both former visitors to the site, as well as newcomers, to try their hand at designing an ACCU-CHEK Aviva personalized skin design," said Roche Vice President of Marketing Dan Kane. "The launch of www.rockmymeter.com earlier in the year was such a hit we decided to create some friendly competition. We're hopeful some of our ACCU-CHEK® fans will show their pride at using a meter that's manufactured in the United States by creating fun, patriotic skins that may be included in future ACCU-CHEK Aviva skin offerings."
Here's how to enter:
- Create a meter skin using the tools at www.rockmymeter.com
- Once your skin, music and dance moves are created, hit the "save and enter challenge" button
- Register for the site if you haven't already, or simply login and agree to the terms and conditions of the challenge
- Hit SAVE
Enter your skin design before the deadline, which is February 28, 2010.
