 Achieve Online Services, a division of Achieve Healthcare Information Systems,
 as the new managed services provider for its PathLinks software system, a
 leading management solution for the long-term care market.
     Achieve Online Services is offering PathLinks to its customers as an
 online service, which enables long-term care providers to access it via a
 monthly subscription model, with low capital investment.  The company is
 currently migrating its 165 online customers to Agiliti's managed services.
