ACN Europe B.V. Chooses Martin Dawes Systems' Enterprise Management Solution For Convergent Subscriber Management Throughout Europe

 Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has chosen Martin Dawes Systems' Enterprise
 Management Solution (EMS) to manage all of ACN's subscription based telephony
 services in Europe.  Martin Dawes Systems' software solution, DISE, will
 manage all aspects of ACN's current customer base for wireline services in
 Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom.  DISE will
 also manage ACN's wireless and utilities service offerings that will be
 launched in Europe in the near future.
     Hardware and additional services will be provided by IBM Netherlands B.V.
 These contracts with Martin Dawes and IBM are the key building blocks of CAN
 Europe's 10 million Euro investment programme to implement the
 state-of-the-art customer care platform to support their future growth.
