ACS Signs Implementation Services Agreement With Affiliated Health Services

    DALLAS, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ACS (NYSE:   ACS), a leading provider of
 information technology and business process outsourcing solutions, announced
 today the completion of an implementation services agreement with Affiliated
 Health Services (AHS) of Mt. Vernon and Sedro Woolley, Washington.  Under the
 agreement, ACS will manage and execute the migration of the current HBOC
 Hospital Information System (HIS) suite to the full Meditech suite for AHS.
 The migration services include application software implementation and
 support, hardware management, education, data repository and an electronic
 medical record.  ACS is continuing its full IT outsourcing contract with AHS.
