Activision Acquires North American Publishing and Distribution Rights for Bloody Roar(TM) 3

 (Nasdaq:   ATVI) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Hudson
 Soft Co., Ltd to acquire the North American rights to Bloody Roar(TM) 3 for
 the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system.  Under the terms of the
 agreement, Activision will publish and distribute the game in the United
 States and Canada.  The sequel to the critically acclaimed fighting series,
 Bloody Roar 3 offers fans the fast and fluid fighting action of its
 predecessors.  The game, which is not yet rated, is expected to ship this
 June.
