AdPads Formalizes Exclusive Distribution Agreement

 (OTC Bulletin Board:   APAD) has formalized an Exclusive Distribution Agreement
 with New England Distribution Services, Inc. (NEDSI) to distribute in-store
 advertising display boards of 100-sheet "tear-off" pads in 4,100 retail stores
 across the country.  AdPads boards, consisting of 10 ads per board, are being
 placed in strategic locations, so as to catch the eye and curiosity of the
 tens of thousands of daily shoppers who visit these stores.
     Annual revenues from these locations could be as much as $12,000 per board
 in each of the 4,100 retail stores when the program is fully implemented.
