 with Air India, bmi british midland and EVA.  The addition of these airlines
 expands the global exchange's participating airlines to 29, with each new
 affiliate endorsing Aeroxchange as their preferred aviation e-commerce
 exchange.
     The new affiliates gain immediate access to Aeroxchange's first-to-market
 suite of services designed to reduce process time and costs in the supply
 chain.  Aeroxchange currently offers cooperative purchasing, inventory

 site, www.aeroxchange.com.  Future releases will continue to deliver solutions
