    WILMINGTON, Del., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Aetna U.S. Healthcare(R), one
 of the nation's largest health and related benefits companies, and Christiana
 Care Health Services, one of the largest health care providers in the mid-
 Atlantic region, today announced that they have reached a new agreement.  The
 agreement, effective May 1, 2001, extends Aetna U.S. Healthcare member's
 access to Christiana Care's comprehensive range of acute health care services.
