Aetna U.S. Healthcare(R) and Jeannette District Memorial Hospital Extend Relationship With New Long-Term Agreement

    PITTSBURGH, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Aetna U.S. Healthcare(R), one of the
 nation's largest health and related benefits companies, and Jeannette District
 Memorial Hospital, Jeannette, Pennsylvania, a community, acute care hospital,
 today announced that they have reached a long-term agreement, effective
 May 1, 2001.
     The renewed agreement extends their relationship and ensures that Aetna
 U.S. Healthcare members will continue to have access to Jeannette District
 Memorial Hospital's quality health care services.

 Nursing Center, a Women's Center, The Family Birth Place, The Rehabilitation
 Center and The Behavioral Health Services for Seniors Center.  The Medical
 Staff numbers some 230 physicians, representing more than 30 specialties and
 subspecialties.

 were recently awarded the National Committee for Quality Assurance's (NCQA)
 highest accreditation rating of "excellent" and a "commendable"
