 right to offer telecommunication services throughout Georgia.  The Public
 Service Commission unanimously approved the request of AGL Networks to provide
 Competitive Local Exchange services and install an "unlit" or dark fiber
 network in Georgia.
     With the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) authority, AGL Networks
 can begin providing products and services to national telecommunication
 companies wishing to sell optical transport and network access to businesses
 and governments throughout Georgia.
