    NEW YORK, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- AirSphere Corporation, a technology
 provider for management of aviation business operations, today announced the
 opening of its global corporate headquarters in New York City.  Jeff Abraham,
 the newly appointed Executive Vice President will oversee business
 development, marketing initiatives and sales operations, and facilitate the
 expansion of AirSphere's United States customer base.
     "AirSphere's New York office, under the leadership of Jeff Abraham, will
 be instrumental in fostering the growth of our company and will enhance our

     Prior to joining AirSphere, Abraham served as the Executive VP of Business

 Ltd., an electronic publishing service and Digit Computer Services, a provider
 of computerized x-ray analysis.
     In addition to its NY headquarters, AirSphere maintains R&D facilities in
 Tel Aviv.  The core management and development teams have worked together
 creating applications for the aviation industry since 1995.  The company
 currently employs 35 people and expects to add 15 more by the end of 2001.
 The Manhattan office is located at 440 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY, 10001.
