Alliance Gaming Announces Licensing Agreement With Multimedia Games For Bally Products in Washington State

    LAS VEGAS, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Gaming Corp. (Nasdaq:   ALLY)
 announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Multimedia Games
 Inc. (Nasdaq:   MGAM) for the distribution of devices from Alliance's Bally
 Gaming and Systems unit in Washington state.
     Under terms of the agreement giving MGAM distribution rights for Bally
 Gaming products in the Washington tribal casino market, Bally Gaming will
 receive a royalty and a guarantee that MGAM will purchase a minimum number of
 products from Bally Gaming over a 36-month period.

 extensive library of games and gives us a stronger presence in the growing
