Company Obtains $27.5 Million in the Past 19 Months

 Medical Corporation (Alliance), the country's leading medical device
 reprocessor, received $11 million in new funding from a syndicate composed of
 Affinity Capital and four venture capital firms involved in previous rounds of
 financing -- Coral Ventures, Delphi Ventures, Patricof & Co. Ventures and
 Valley Ventures.  Adding this $11 million to $8 million received in September
 2000 and $8.5 million obtained September 1999, brings the total financing
 raised by Alliance in the past 19 months to $27.5 million.
