Allwell Technology and EnReach Form Strategic Alliance for Scalable Broadband Streaming and Interactive TV Software Platform

    SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- EnReach Technology, Inc., a
 global leader providing infrastructure software for enabling integrated voice,
 video, and data services on television, announced today that Allwell
 Technology Corporation, a leading Internet appliance technology provider, have
 formed a strategic alliance to deliver a turnkey broadband streaming and
 Interactive TV solution.
     As part of the agreement, Allwell has licensed the EnReachTV4(TM) client
 software including high-speed Internet communication, like Web-Browsing and
 e-mail, complemented with Internet channels. Moreover, enhanced TV and
 streaming applications that enable subscribers to view movies and music on
 demand are also planned for inclusion. Allwell plans to feature the EnReachTV4
 solution at CES in the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 6-9 in Booth
 #9641.
