    ROUND ROCK, Texas, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- AMPAM, "America's #1 Choice for
 Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling," launched a national branding
 campaign today.  With a workforce of approximately 5,000 people and over
 80,000 housing and apartment units completed in 2000, AMPAM's revenues are now
 approaching $600 million.  AMPAM's nationwide branding campaign includes a re-
 signing of all our locations and more than 2,000 vehicles.

     Robert Christianson, AMPAM's Chairman, President and Chief Executive
 Officer, said, "As the leading residential plumbing, heating and air
 conditioning contractor in the U.S., AMPAM is strategically positioned to
 offer our services to customers from coast to coast.  Our branding campaign
 will provide a heightened awareness of AMPAM's quality and national reach."
     In addition to the branding of AMPAM's residential operations, the
 Company's commercial operations are being branded under the AMPAM Commercial
 banner.  AMPAM Commercial's operations accounted for approximately 25% of the
 Company's total revenue in 2000.  Mr. Christianson stated, "The branding of
 AMPAM Commercial allows this segment to build on its own unique strengths and
 customer base."
     AMPAM was founded on April 1, 1999 and has experienced double-digit growth
 over the last two years.  AMPAM, with its 30 operating locations, is now the

 plumbing, heating and cooling market.  AMPAM is also aggressively starting up
 "brick and mortar" operations in new markets in response to customers' needs.
 Over the past year, AMPAM has opened new operations in Denver, Dallas,
