(OTC Bulletin Board: DUKS) ("Anhui Poultry" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated duck breeder, processor and distributor, today announced the filing of a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in regard to its Form 10-K annual report for the year ended December 31, 2010.
The management of Anhui Poultry elected to file an extension with the SEC to further review their first submission of an Annual report on Form 10-K, which includes the transactions related to the Company's private placement and recent going public transaction. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K annual report upon completion of the audit for the year ended December 31, 2010 on or before the 15 day extension period of April 15, 2011.
