    MIAMI, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Answerthink, Inc. (Nasdaq:   ANSR), a
 leading provider of technology-enabled business transformation solutions,
 announced today the addition of three industry leaders to its Information
 Technology (IT), Financial Services and Supply Chain Groups as part of the
 Company's overall mission to attract and retain top consulting talent and to
 deliver robust services to clients.
     The new additions include:
 
     -- Fred T. Halperin - Fred T. Halperin is the new managing director of
     Answerthink's cross-industry Information Technology Strategy Solutions
     Group.  An 18-year technology veteran, he has served as head of
     the IT Strategy department at Merck & Co., director of Strategic IT
     Effectiveness at Andersen Consulting and managing associate at Coopers &
     Lybrand.  Prior to joining Answerthink, Halperin leveraged his IT strategy
     expertise leading an industry solution group at marchFIRST.  A graduate of
     Tulane University, he also studied at the Wharton School of the University
     of Pennsylvania.
 
     -- Jay R. Andrews - Jay Andrews is the new managing director of
     Answerthink's cross-industry Supply Chain Solutions Group.  Andrews, who
     has more than 17 years of experience in the technology industry, was most
     recently senior vice president of Technology Solutions Company (TSC),
     where he was responsible for the Supply Chain Management practice, North
     American sales, analyst relations and corporate alliances.  Andrews has
     also held key positions at i2 Technologies, Software 2000, Inc. and
     American Software, Inc.  He is a graduate of Houston Baptist University.
 
     -- Kenneth Mathis - Kenneth Mathis is the new managing director
     of Answerthink's industry-focused Financial Services Solutions Group.  He
     brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in the financial
     services industry to Answerthink.  Mathis was most recently the global
     managing partner of the Financial Services consulting practice at iXL,
     where he was responsible for the firm's financial services clients
     worldwide.  Prior to that, he was a partner and held practice leadership
     positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young.  He
     holds MBA and BA degrees from Georgia State University.
