ARAMARK Chef Hits Home Runs Out of New PNC Park with Fine Cuisine

    PITTSBURGH, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- When the Pirates season opens
 April 9th, baseball fans in brand new PNC Park will be treated to an all-star
 culinary line-up supervised by ARAMARK Executive Chef Paul Bates.  Chef Paul
 has 18 years of food industry experience and most recently worked at Three
 Rivers Stadium. Chef Paul takes pride in serving local ethnic specialties such
 as Tuscan Bruschetta, Antipasto and Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms.
     ARAMARK, a global managed services company, will manage a staff of
 700 employees and will serve fans at the new stadium from 35 permanent and
 70 portable and temporary public food stands and an Outback Steakhouse.
 ARAMARK chefs will also provide catering services.
     ARAMARK is introducing many NEW items in honor of the new ballpark,
 including:
      RB Ryes Signature hot corned beef sandwich, carved to order on fresh rye
       bread
      PNC Park's own Willie's Chili named for Pirate Willie Stargel
      Fresh-Cut French fries
      Topped baked potatoes
      Fresh fried chicken from Chicken on the Hill
      Pulled pork sandwich from Familee Bar-B-Q
      Hand-dipped and soft-serve ice cream from the Sweet Spot

 program at Pirates games throughout the 2001 season.  The program, launched in
