 along with a series of new online education courses, that will provide a
 web-based option for Ariba's customers, partners, and employees to learn about

     The new online courses will provide access to crucial training about Ariba
 products, processes and enabling technologies, in a highly cost-effective and
 efficient manner. By accessing Ariba's new Ariba Online Learning portal,
