HOUSTON, Aug. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Foodies all over the world will be able to learn some of the secrets of the chefs at the world's best restaurant this weekend when the 2015 BBVA-El Celler de Can Roca Tour live streams one of its events in Buenos Aires, where the famed Roca brothers will prepare a series of exclusive client dinners. The menu for the event includes typical dishes — Salta lamb, black hake, mate, cheese and quince, among others — as well as new takes on traditional dishes such as "alfajores," "choripan" and "chimichurri," all accompanied by Argentinian wines selected by sommelier Josep Roca.
On Saturday, Aug. 8, from 5 p.m. (local Argentinian time), all of the followers of BBVA Frances' account on Periscope will receive an alert with the start of the successive streams, which will last between 5 and 10 minutes. Through the mobile app, the followers will be able to watch live the preparation of the dishes and the explanations by the Roca brothers. The trio will be working with their team of more than 30 people who have travelled from their restaurant in Girona, Spain, which was named No. 1 by Restaurant magazine on this year's influential World's 50 Best Restaurants list.

BBVA scholarship program at El Celler de Can Roca
The Roca brothers will select two catering students from the countries they visit to promote local talent.
