SAN RAFAEL, Calif., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK)
and Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRIV), have announced the launch of the
 Autodesk(R) Partner Products Store (www.autodesk.com/partnerproducts), a new
service that will allow customers to purchase third-party developer add-on
products from members of the Autodesk Developer Network (ADN). The Autodesk
Developer Network is a select group of third-party developers who develop a
wide range of products complementing Autodesk products and providing users
with added functionality to increase their productivity. The Partner Products
Store and Catalog will give users of Autodesk's products easy access to
thousands of products developed by the more than 3,000 members of ADN.

"Autodesk has a long history helping users of Autodesk products find
third-party add-ons that will help them work more efficiently," said Jeff
Drust, VP of e-Business, Worldwide Field Operations, at Autodesk. "The new
Autodesk Partner Products Store gives ADN members an e-commerce solution that
will allow them to market and sell their products worldwide by taking
advantage of the high traffic on Autodesk's international websites. More
importantly, it gives users of our products an unparalleled resource for
 application-specific third-party solutions."

     One-Stop Shopping
Autodesk's Partner Products Store will provide a single point of purchase
for users of Autodesk software who are looking to augment their current
Autodesk applications with third-party add-ons. Visiting the site will provide
them with one-stop shopping for all of their software needs. Whether the
end-user is an AEC professional looking to purchase a facilities management
tool or a mechanical design professional searching for predrawn parts and
materials, the Partner Products Store allows them to locate and purchase the
tools they need to streamline their projects.
"Autodesk's Partner Products Store is a terrific tool for both developers
and end users," said Scott Taylor, CTO of ZoomON, Inc. "Because our products
complement Autodesk's software, it makes sense for potential customers to have
the ability to learn about our products while visiting Autodesk's websites. If
users know who we are, they can search for our products by company name. If
they don't know who we are, they can locate and purchase our products by
searching for them based on their industry."
"Autodesk continues to aggressively pursue e-commerce leadership in their
market. This business model illustrates the scalability of Digital River's
global commerce system," said Jay Kerutis, Digital River's Software and
Digital Commerce Services president. "The Autodesk Partner Products Store
gives Autodesk customers direct and immediate access to new products and
services. At the same time, it allows ADN members to greatly expand their
 exposure to potential customers."
All members of ADN are eligible to participate in the Autodesk Partner
Products Store. The service is intended for professional software vendors who
actively develop products and services that interface or integrate with
Autodesk products. ADN members interested in obtaining more information about
the Autodesk Partner Products Store should contact Lynn LaCamera, Autodesk
Partner Products Store Manager, via e-mail at lynn.lacamera@autodesk.com. End
