Bamboo Equity Partners has further enhanced its existing portfolio by amassing roughly 227,000 square feet of St. Louis real estate within 7 days

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bamboo Equity Partners is pleased to announce three separate acquisitions totaling over 227,000 square feet in the St. Louis area. The three assets will complement the nearly 700,000 sq. ft. of office, industrial, and flex space acquired by Bamboo in recent months.  

On Monday, July 27th Bamboo Equity Partners acquired a 135,000 SF multi-tenant distribution center neighboring Lambert International Airport at 6008-6028 N. Lindbergh Blvd in Hazelwood, Missouri. In addition to its convenient location this distribution center boasts 20-foot ceilings, 23 docks, five drive-ins and clear span metal construction.

In the same week, Friday July 31st Bamboo Equity Partners also acquired a 3-story 50,364 SF Office building located at 15455 Conway Road in Chesterfield, Missouri. Located directly off Highway 64/40 at the Clarkson & Olive Road intersection, not only does this building have great visibility, but it is also in close proximity to numerous restaurants, hotels and the Chesterfield Mall.

Finally, on Monday, August 3rd Bamboo acquired a 42,210 SF office/warehouse property at 1842-1866 Craig Park Court in St. Louis, Missouri. This building offers a flexible office/service center with open floor plans, a combination of drive-in and dock high doors with great street presence and unparalleled access.
