    TORONTO, April 16 /PRNewswire/ - Basis100 Inc. (BAS: TSE), a leading e-
commerce solutions provider for the financial services industry, announced
today that TELUS has agreed to use Basis100's mortgage origination technology

The agreement will also see the creation of a national online mortgage
fulfillment centre through the TELUS portals, operated by INVIS, a third party
group of mortgage professionals. Experience has shown that one of the most
important factors in the successful closure of online mortgages is the
presence of experienced mortgage professionals to provide assistance in

commitments it makes to stakeholders," said Basis100 Chairman and CEO Gary
Bartholomew. "Our unique new arrangement with TELUS not only brings our
