 vice president of business development for Bay View Bank.  Teaford will play a
 pivotal role in expanding Bay View's business banking presence in the
 San Francisco Bay Area.  Teaford brings with her more than twenty years of
 executive banking experience and has a long track record of successful
 business development activities.
