Bennethum Named Assistant Vice President, Private Client Specialist With First Leesport

 First Leesport Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:   FLPB) and First Leesport Wealth
 Management, Inc., have announced the appointment of Robert A. Bennethum to the
 position of Assistant Vice President, Private Client Specialist, effective
 immediately.  Mr. Bennethum will report to Keith W. Johnson, CFP(TM),
 President and Chief Executive Officer of First Leesport Wealth Management,
 Inc.
     As Assistant Vice President, Private Client Specialist, Mr. Bennethum will
 be primarily responsible for development of new customer relationships in the
 high net-worth market, deepening existing customer relationships across all
 lines of business including banking, insurance, investment services, and trust
 services, acting as each client's own personal financial advocate across all
 lines of business, and assisting in the development of a sales and referral
 culture throughout the company.
     Additionally, he is responsible for ensuring all company policies and
 state and Federal regulations are complied with, and assists in the
 supervision of the support staff at First Leesport Wealth Management, Inc.
     Mr. Bennethum brings more than 12 years of experience in the financial
 services industry, most recently serving as New Business Development Officer
 with Berks County Bank and Main Street Bank, Reading.
     The resident of Sinking Spring is a graduate of Wyomissing Area High
 School, and attended Brandywine Junior College where he majored in Business.
 He has also completed the Advertising program at the Charles Morris Price
 School of Advertising, Philadelphia.  Active in his community, Mr. Bennethum
 serves as a Board Member with Threshold, Inc., Reading, and is a past Board
 Member of Beacon House, Reading, and a past Cubmaster for Troop 410,
 Shillington.
